Notes:

The Cantonese album “亞拉伯跳舞女郎” is an important representative work of beyond in the early stage. On the whole, it has a strong Middle East flavor. The five members of beyond wear the unique clothes of the Arab region, playing the piano, beating the drum and singing. After listening to this album, I feel that “their singing Buddha comes slowly to us from a far away place”! Jiaju’s unique slightly hoarse voice and lyrics and melody line into a whole!
“亞拉伯跳舞女郎” is an exotic song from the Middle East and India. Most of the songs have unique styles and distinctive musical features, which are not in line with the mainstream music at that time. “The Arabian dancing girl” was re published in the CD version in Beyond1988 when she joined the new art treasure record company, and the two newly released songs of “新天地” and “昔日舞曲” were added.
