Notes:
The ‘Vier Ernste Gesänge’ and Wesendonk Lieder were recorded in Toronto in March of 1968 and released as a CBC transcription recording, SM-100, and commercially by London as CCL-6003. The recording producer was Srul Irving Glick, the recording engineer, Brian Wood.
The remaining material was recorded live in concernt on January 18, 1981 at Walter Hall in Toronto as part of the Great Singers Series, presented by CBC Radio in co-operation with the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music. The producer was Srul Irving Glick, with recording engineer David Burham.
