“Time … and again” was commissioned by Barbican Centre, London, and premiered on April 7, 1997, in London by Gidon Kremer and Oleg Maisenberg.

V & V
for violin and taped voice with string orchestra (1994)
“V & V” had its premiere August 8, 1995, at the Yehudi Menuhin Festival, Gstaad, Switzerland, and was composed on the initiative of Edna Michel and Yehudi Meuhin.

Piano Quartet in l’istesso tempo (1997)
to my first music teacher
“In l’istesso tempo” was commissioned by David and Amy Fulton for the Bridge Ensemble, who premiered it October 13, 1998, in the Nordstrom Recital Hall at Benaroya Hall, Seattle.
