Country music novelty with lyrics based on the tagline of the old Alka Seltzer ad campaign. The vocal style apes that of Jerry Reed, even working in titles of Reed’s songs “When You’re Hot, You’re Hot” and “She Got the Gold Mine, I Got the Shaft” into the lyrics.
