Track 1 was engineered live by Stan Tonkel at Southhampton College in Southhampton, Long Island, New York, USA on July 5th 1975. From ‘[m=60574]’, which was first released by Columbia / CBS in 1976.

Track 4, plus 7 to 9 were engineered by Dennis A. Mackay at Trident Studios in London, England, U.K. during August 1976. From ‘[m=60578]’, which was first released by Columbia / CBS in 1977.

Tracks 2, 3, 5 & 6 were engineered by Jean Ristori at Aquarius Studios in Geneva, Switzerland during July 1977. From ‘[m=60580]’, which was first released by Columbia / CBS in 1977.
