Small seam split beginning at middle of bottom seam, top right of rover also has ~1 inch split as well. Light discoloration/staining present on both sides of sleeve as well. Record has marks that can be lightly felt on A3/A4 and B3/B4 with some other light marks that can’t be felt present on both sides. Considering the age of the album however this is a nice copy.
