Front cover is NM, only reason graded VG+ is due to some discoloration/browning located on back sleeve. Really nice cover. Disc has a few light surface marks but nothing deep enough to feel, along with a factory "bubble" located on track B1 that causes only a few rotations of a click/thud noise that does not overpower the music or cause any skipping/sticking.
