Initial pressings inlcude a “Certificate of Authenticity” card dated 2002. One side had a lyric quote and the other side was a portion of the Satanic Majesty’s Request cover photo in black and white. When all cards were collected they could be pieced together to reveal the photo.

Recorded live at Royal Albert Hall, London.

Although the label reads stereo, both layers play mono.
