Conservatively graded overall – cover has some shelf wear/creasing, a small blue pen scribble on bottom right corner of front cover which is hardly noticeable, some staining along spine on front/back covers which is almost impossible to notice on front cover but shows up a bit more on back cover, and the beginnings of some fraying near top of opening. Disc is VG++/EX with a couple very small surface marks on either side.
